Hello — I am Andrew, and Axion Labs is a very small setup in the UK. I started it because every one of these situations has one fact that decides it, and that fact is always buried: the day your window actually closes, the route your appeal really takes, the record the other side already has. Big sites hide it behind a signup; official guidance buries it on page nine. So we dig it out, write it in plain words, and leave it free.

You build software and you need a citation a machine can actually check
An open specification we published for self-registering, checkable citations, with a reference implementation under an MIT licence. It is a proposal, not an adopted standard, and it says so.

What we never do
- We never take a card payment ourselves. The pages above are free. Where we do sell something, the payment happens on Etsy or through Stripe under their own terms — those companies handle the card details and we never see or store them.
- We never sell personal data, and we run no advertising trackers. Our public pages count anonymous page views and nothing else. If you hand us an email address for something you asked for, it is used to send you that and nothing more.
- We never put the answer behind an email form. Free first is the whole model: the help is useful even if you never buy anything from us, and it is meant to be.
- We never print a figure we cannot trace. Every dataset on these sites names its source and the date it was last checked, and a parse that fails its own source's printed totals is withheld rather than published.
- We never put words in a reader's mouth. There is no reader quote on this page because we do not yet have a real one we could show you honestly. When somebody writes one, it will appear here in their words, with the date.
